Spirare 528 Hz (1995) — Robert Scott Thompson — Ambient Music

Spirare, from 1995, is an archival recording that may be of interest to listeners who like the 1996 recording, The Silent Shore. Spriare was the original version of most of the tracks that preceded the publication of The Silent Shore (Oasis/Mirage – Canada). Some of the tracks on Spirare do not appear on the the Oasis release and the mixes of the common tracks are somewhat different here.

Spirare is a Latin verb that means “to breeze” or, “to breathe.” Of course, this is also the root of “inspire.”

This is a specially re-mixed version of Spirare that re-tunes the music to a 528 Hz reference.
